Fairly clean and beautifuly designed hotel, views are absolutely superb, location is ideal near train station right till airport. It has hard-working and amazingly attentive staff on the night shift and very nice facilities. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is great!

Double room with the showers and a comfortable bathroom plus window to railroad. Good and fabulous meals.

Recommend it for families with children

The breakfast was decent, with options like eggs and fruit, though I was hoping for fresh omelettes. The tram stop was right outside.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was manageable.

The rooms are functional and brand-new, with free wireless internet and coffee. I greatly enjoyed the staff, they are extremely helpful and friendly efficient. The service is EXCELLENT, includes good parking. Fortunately, it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The location is comfy, the check in is easy.

The location was quite far from the city center, limiting dining options. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The carpets had visible stains, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The noise control wasn't effective.

Noise from nearby train tracks is quite disruptive!!! Lack of basic room amenities, such as a mini-fridge, is disappointing!!! It would be nice to have more storage space for belongings!!!

The breakfast was decent, but couldn't believe being charged 18,50€ each! The room was missing a desk, how absurd. I expected some kind of complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask. The distant location wasn't exactly a highlight either. Almost left a nice review but just couldn't.

The breakfast buffet had a nice range of local pastries and fruits that got my day off to a great start. Book in advance for better room options.

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious room that was super clean. Loved hanging out in the lounge area, it had a really cozy feel. The bar had some tasty drinks, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. One bummer was the Wi-Fi. It was kinda spotty at times.

Staying at holiday inn, the niu, franz vienna by ihg was a good experience for my family. We appreciated the spacious, modern rooms and the vibrant breakfast offerings that kept everyone satisfied during our 5-night stay. The helpful staff also were very good.
